John Neate is a singer, guitarist and band member who plays a wide variety of music rooted in classic rock from the 60's to 90's, but also including folk rock, country and other genres. He strives to make the music a pleasurable and fun part of the audience’s experience on their night out, and tries to touch on multiple genres to offer something for almost everyone, changing up style, tempo & intensity. In short, he likes to provide something musically different than just straight predictable covers from one genre, constantly amending set lists and learning new tunes. Available in the Tri-State region (Pennsylvania, New York & New Jersey) and occasionally beyond, as a solo act or with his band - "John Paul and the Road."

Saturday, Sept. 19, 2026, 10 AM - 2 PM: Delaware Township Fall Harvest Festival, Akenac Park, Rt. 739, Dingmans Ferry, PA. I will be playing solo acoustic music with some local musician friends at this event. Come out for a day of music, hayrides, bounce houses, food, animals, vendors and more!
Saturday, Sept. 19, 2026, 7 PM Gallagher's Taproom, 437 Pine Street, Mt. Holly, NJ. Band Gig - John Paul and the Road. This is a fundraising event for The Elixer Fund, which provides support to cancer patients and their families in their time of need. Event runs from 2 PM - 11PM, with our band scheduled to go on at around 7 pm, for approx. 2 hours. A fun filled event with raffles and silent auctions, food, drink and all day/all night music for a very important cause!
